Founding offer · two free builds
I built a custom CRM from scratch. Now I'll build two more, free.
I'm a CRM builder putting together my portfolio. For two founding clients, I'll build a CRM that fits how you actually work, completely free, in exchange for using it as a case study.
You tell me what your team needs, and I'll work out the architecture behind it. The proof's on this page: I've already built one, and it's live.
Two spots. No fee. You get a custom build, I get a case study. That's the whole deal.

Why this is worth doing
Generic CRMs are built for someone else
Most teams I talk to are in the same spot: a big platform they half-use, a bill that climbs every year, and the real work still living in a spreadsheet.
Before / after
From spreadsheet chaos to a system people use
Drag the handle. Left is what most teams put up with. Right is a CRM built around your workflow.
Proposal · follow up Tue · owner: you
Negotiation · quote sent
Won · handed to ops
New lead · auto-assigned
How it works
Watch a lead move through the system
Press play. A lead arrives, gets captured, lands in the pipeline, gets an AI match, and the right person is told. No one types anything in.
Form submitted
A lead fills in your form on the website.
Captured & tagged
Logged with its source. No one types it in.
Pipeline updates
It lands in the right stage automatically.
AI match scored
Ranked against your roles or your offers.
Team notified
The right person gets a nudge to act.

The proof
This isn't a pitch. I've already built it.
Pulse is a custom CRM I built from scratch for a logistics training company. It's in daily use: AI candidate matching with scores you can see the reasoning behind, a drag-and-drop pipeline, team logins.
Under the surface, it's a real data model: linked tables for people, roles, clients and placements, not one flat sheet. You tell me what you need to track and how the work flows, and I work out how it all fits together so it stays solid as you grow.
Built on Airtable here, but the tool underneath isn't the point. The point is a system shaped around real work, and the same approach runs on Attio or whatever fits you.
These previews show how it works. Want to see the real, live system? Apply and I'll walk you through it and send the actual screenshots.
How I work
You bring the what. I'll handle the how.
You don't need to know data models, automations or which AI to use. You tell me what your team needs to happen. I work out everything behind the scenes to make it real, then we build on it together.
You describe it
Tell me what you need to track and how your work moves day to day. No tech knowledge needed. That part's on me, not you.
I design the structure
The data model underneath: the right tables, the links between them, automations and AI only where they earn their place. Built to last, and to grow.
We start small, then build
A working version in about 3 to 4 weeks, shaped so it can grow. From there we improve it month by month, at your pace. Run it yourself, or keep me on for it.
What I'd build for you
A CRM shaped around your work, not the other way round
Tap a card. These are the pieces I'd put together for your team, only the ones you actually need.
Contacts & pipeline
TapEvery contact, company and deal in one place, with the stages and fields you actually use, not 40 you'll ignore.
Workflows & automation
TapThe repetitive stuff handled for you: reminders, hand-offs, status updates and lead routing, so nothing slips.
Dashboards you'll open
TapGlanceable numbers your team and your boss can read in three seconds. Not a wall of charts nobody checks.
AI where it earns it
TapMatching, scoring, drafting. Transparent, with the reasons shown, not a black box you have to trust.
Email logging
TapClient emails from across your team, logged against the right contact, so the whole history is in one place.
Your team, your login
TapA clean interface your team works in, behind a login. You pay for the platform, not a seat for every person.
What I don't do: email-marketing platforms or ad automation. I build the operational CRM. If marketing tooling is what you need, I'll point you to the right people.
Who it's for
Built for teams the big tools forgot
It's less about your industry or your size, more about your situation: paying for a big CRM and using a fraction of it, or needing a few specific things done properly, with the workflow built around you. Simple or involved, working out the how is my job.
Recruiting & staffing
Candidate and client pipelines, placements, matching.
Logistics & freight
Accounts, carriers, quotes, follow-ups that don't slip.
Real estate
Property-first pipelines, buyers, sellers, commissions.
Agencies & consultancies
Projects, retainers, who's billable, what's at risk.
Field services & trades
Jobs, dispatch, quotes, invoices, customers by site.
Events & training
Cohorts, attendance, sponsors, outcomes, follow-up.
Wellness & coaching
Clients, bookings, no-shows, packages, reminders.
Anything with a pipeline
If your work has stages, it can live in a clean system.
The maths
Stop renting per seat. See the difference.
Set your team size and what you use now. Watch what you pay every year, versus a custom build you own.
Indicative per-seat pricing (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive), checked mid-2026. Custom = free build for the two founding spots, then about $30/mo for the platform, or a flat ~$150/mo if I maintain it. No per-user fees. Check current vendor pricing before you decide.
The deal
Two spots. Free. A CRM built around your business.
Straight up: this is for my portfolio, and I'd rather have two builds I'm proud of than a fee. So I'm building two custom CRMs, free, in exchange for the case study. I'm picking projects with real complexity, ideally something where AI does real work. A build like this runs $20,000 or more elsewhere. After these two, it's paid again.
- A discovery session to map how your team really works
- A custom CRM: contacts, pipeline, your workflows, a dashboard, AI where it helps
- Built on the right platform for you, with a login for your team
- Your existing data brought across, no extra charge
- Training, handover, and 2 to 4 weeks of support after launch
- Done in about 3 to 4 weeks
What it costs you: nothing for the build. No fee, no deposit. You cover only the platform it runs on (about $30/mo) and any paid integrations you choose. That's it.
In return: you let me use the build as a case study and in my marketing, and you give honest feedback as we go. Your IP stays yours.
Then it's yours: run it yourself for the platform cost (around $30/mo), or keep me on for a flat ~$150/mo to maintain and improve it. Never per user.
What working together looks like
Discovery
A call to understand your team, your workflow and what's broken now.
Build
I build the CRM on my side. You stay in the loop, you don't manage it.
Review on a private preview
You see the finished system working, and tell me what to tweak.
Sign off and it's yours
You approve it, and I hand over the logins, the data and the build.
Run it or I maintain it
Your call. Either way nothing's locked behind me.
Who builds it
Hi, I'm Vasso.
14+ years in marketing technology, automation and AI. I'm not an agency or a reseller.
I build the CRM myself, around how your team actually works, and I stick around to make sure people use it. The structure underneath, the data model, the part that decides whether it still holds up once you've doubled in size, that's the bit I actually enjoy, and the bit you'll never have to think about. I built Pulse, the live system above, from scratch. I want two more under my belt as proper case studies, which is the honest reason I'm building these two for free.
Straight answers
The questions you're about to ask
I'm building my portfolio. Two strong case studies, with screenshots and a reference I can show, are worth more to me right now than a fee. That's the honest answer. After these two spots, it's paid.
I'll use the build as a case study and in my own marketing: screenshots, the results, your name and logo, and a testimonial (written at minimum, video or audio if you're comfortable). What I won't do is reveal your specific IP, your data, or the proprietary details of how your business runs. The point is to show the quality of the work, not how you operate.
Yes. Once it's built and you've signed off, the data, the build and the logins are yours. You can run it without me from day one.
Really free for the build itself, for two clients. No fee, no deposit. You cover the platform it runs on (about $30/mo) and any paid integrations you want, that's it. The catch, if you call it one: you let me use it as a case study and you give honest feedback along the way. After these two spots, it's paid.
Yes, and for the two founding spots it's included. I'll bring across as much of your existing data as I can, whether it's in a spreadsheet, an export, or your current CRM. Normally that's an extra job; for these two it's part of the deal.
Within reason, I'll go all out on the free build. But if it needs paid third-party integrations, or spans several industries to get exactly right, that's beyond what the free build covers. Those we'd scope and price separately, staggered by stage if it helps. Either way I'll tell you up front which side of the line you're on, no surprises.
Flat about $150 a month, never per user. Updates, tweaks and new bits as you grow. It's optional and you can cancel anytime. Or run it yourself for the platform cost, roughly $30 a month.
Custom wins when your workflow isn't standard and a tool that fits gets people to actually use it. If your needs are generic and you want big-vendor support, off-the-shelf is the right call and I'll tell you so. I'd rather lose the work than sell you something you don't need.
It lives on established platforms (Airtable, Attio) with their own security, plus a login gate on the interface. The sensitive parts aren't held together with custom code.
One of two spots
Think you might be one of the two?
No hard sell here. I'm genuinely looking for two founding clients: maybe you're stuck in a spreadsheet, maybe you're paying for a big CRM and using a fraction of it.
Tell me a bit about your team and what you use now. The messier or more interesting the problem, the better, especially if there's a real place for AI. If it looks like a fit, we'll have a straight chat about whether a custom build is right for you. If it's not, I'll say so.
No fee, no deposit. If it's a fit, I build it free. After the two spots, it's paid.
